1) The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR-s Corporate Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty-Four Million Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and 33/100 (PhP354, 498, 333.33), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Various Medical Equipment and Medical Supplies for Donation to Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center.
