Products or services: Construction of civil works These bases regulate the process of the public proposal carried out by the Municipality of Viña del Mar, for the contracting and execution of the works called “FAIR IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM CAUPOLICÁN", located in Caupolicán Park, Av. Alessandri, Achupallas sector, Viña del Mar commune. The project includes three main interventions, financed with the municipal budget, which are detailed below. ● Perimeter closure, through the construction of Bull Dog-type prefabricated concrete tambourines in the section that adjoins the ravine, and a metal fence towards the front that faces the street, as indicated in the planimetry. ● Paving, which considers the improvement of the access road and the execution of pavements in interior sectors currently on land. ● Installation of luminaires, to improve lighting inside the premises, strengthening security and conditions of use. In addition, it contemplates the construction of service and access modules to the Caupolicán Fair, this part of the project will be financed with the budget of the Regional Government under the FNDR modality.
