Description : 1. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Ix, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (950, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Catering services buffet type Asian cuisine halal food for VIPs and Guests of BIMP-EAGA 10th Socio-Cultural and Education Cluster Meeting in Zamboanga City . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Ix now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is on July 8-9, 2025.
3. Bidding will be conducted through small value procurement procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
