1. The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through Special Purpose Fund/RHU Office - CY - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 39, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Catering Services in Support to Mental Health Day - at Manpower Center, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-000151GSV-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
