CATERING SERVICES FOR RECEPTIONS AT PARIS-PANTHEON-ASSAS UNIVERSITY
Purpose: The purpose of this contract is to provide and organize catering services for receptions at the University of Paris-Pantheon-Assas (breakfasts, buffets, meals, meal trays, cocktails, coffee breaks, packed lunches, with or without service staff). These services, as well as their execution methods, are described in the specific clauses (CCP) common to all lots. The University will specify on each order form whether the catering service must be accompanied by service staff or not. The holder of each lot undertakes to provide the requested service personnel (on the order form), without the University having to take any action.
