The subject of procurement is the provision of on-site catering services at the Customer's customer center (LVM KC), facility, guest house (food is prepared in portions in specially designed disposable food containers and thermos boxes with the possibility of further transportation) and / or in the Contractor's premises in a dining hall within a radius of 30 km from the LVM KC, facility, guest house (food is prepared in portions in specially designed disposable food containers and, if necessary, by separate agreement - in thermal boxes with the possibility of further transportation) and / or provision of a banquet-type catering service in the premises of Jaunmoku Palace, hereinafter referred to as the Service, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specification (Appendix 2 of the Regulations) and the draft Procurement Agreement (Appendix 8 of the Regulations).
