INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

CATERING SERVICES (NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION)

1. The LGU-SIPOCOT, through the General Fund (DTP) intends to apply the sum of P 80, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Catering Services (Nutrition Month Celebration) received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-SIPOCOT now invites bids for the Catering Services (Nutrition Month Celebration). Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
