The subject of the order is a catering service, hereinafter referred to as the "Event", during the DBI 2026 Gala taking place at the location: POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, ul. Mordechaja Anielewicza 6, postal code: 00-157 Warszawa, hereinafter referred to as "POLIN". Service catering is planned in the time range from approx. 9:00 to approx. 2:00 p.m., including a continuous coffee break and 1 (in words: one) longer break lasting 4 hours. 2. Location and Date of the Event: a) order completion date on February 10, 2026, b) Contractor must obtain consent to enter and organize a catering service on the premises of the POLIN facility and, after selecting its offer as the most advantageous and immediately after concluding the contract, will pay the entry fee in accordance with the applicable rates at POLIN, which according to to the best of the Ordering Party's knowledge is PLN 5, 000.00 net on the date of announcement of the procedure. 3. Hours of implementation: from approx. 9:00 a.m. to approx. 2:00 p.m. 4. Number of Event participants - maximum: 500 people and minimum 200 people. The final number of participants will be confirmed 5 business days before the date of the Event. 5.
