1) The LGU-GIPORLOS, EASTERN SAMAR, through the LGU MOOE intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the project Catering Services for LGU Giporlos 2026 under the Contract No. GOODS 2026-03-001 under a Framework Agreement Mode. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-GIPORLOS, EASTERN SAMAR, now invites bids for Catering Services for Various Offices for LGU Giporlos using the Framework Agreement.. Delivery of the Goods is required upon submission of Call-Off up to December 31, 2026.
