Tender Details

Part I - Catering service during the Kids Foundation Gala event in 2026. The order will be fulfilled on November 20, 2026 at: a) event start time 6:00 p.m. b) event end time 10:00 p.m. Catering should be prepared no later than 5:30 p.m. and cleaned up and taken away after 10 p.m., no later than 11 p.m. The place of order fulfillment will be the Centralny Dom Technologii, ul. Krucza 50, 00-025 WarszawaCatering should be prepared in an amount appropriate for 120 people. Catering includes: a) coffee facilities, 1 station for 120 people; b) sony buffet - 1 place for 120 people; c) sweet buffet - 1 place for 120 people; The exact scope of catering is described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - i.e. item description orders.
