Description : Description
1. The Local Government Unit Of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, through General Funds of MO intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand pesos only (PhP 360, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Catering Services during the Tanod Day Celebration. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Catering Services during the Tanod Day Celebration is required after the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
3. A Request for Quotation may be acquired by interested Bidders on June 20, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to June 23, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
