CATERING SERVICES
FOR CVIRAA DELEGATION
(SEF-0036)
1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the Special Education Fund - Annual Budget 2026 3321-50299990 Approved by the Local School Board intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (Php5, 915, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CATERING SERVICES FOR CVIRAA DELEGATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for CATERING SERVICES FOR CVIRAA DELEGATION. Delivery of the Goods is required as per delivery schedule provided upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
