The Municipality of Gen. MacArthur, through the KALAHI CIDSS Local Counterpart Contribution intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 337, 500.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments for meals and snacks under the contract for Procurement of Catering Services for the Conduct of Participatory Risk, Vulnerabilities, and Capacity Assessment in Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
