Description : The Department of Education, Schools Division of Parañaque through RO-NCR-26-00037, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PHP 2, 342, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts for the Catering Services for the Conduct of Division Training of Trainers for Grades 6, 9 and 10.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
The SDO Paranaque through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above-mentioned goods. Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.
