Contract No. GDS-2026-009
1. The Municipality of Calbiga, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian (LDRRMF for 2026) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (Php512, 880.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Catering Services for CBDRRM/BDRRM Planning Training/Workshop with Contract No. GDS-2026-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Calbiga now invites bids for the procurement of one lot catering services for 319 pax for the CBDRRM/BDRRM Planning Training/Workshop. Delivery of the Goods is required within three (3) day upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
