1. The Local Government Unit of Oton, through CAPABILITY NUILDING TRAINING intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 375, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CATERING SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATION DURING THE CONDUCT OF ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION TEAMBUILDING ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Oton now invites bids for the CATERING SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATION DURING THE CONDUCT OF ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION TEAMBUILDING ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2025.
