PROJECT BACKGROUND
MPAC is seeking to establish a preferred supplier list for catering services for our various events, meetings, and employee functions.
PROJECT SCOPE
MPAC requires catering services for the following types of events and functions:
Corporate Meetings: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks for small to medium-sized meetings.Employee Events: Employee lunches, company picnics, and casual events.Client Events: Formal or semi-formal luncheons, dinners, and business presentations.Special Events: Holiday parties, product launches, and executive retreats.Other Catering Needs: Occasional special requests for on-site catering.
The catering services should include the following:
Menu planning and customization (considering dietary preferences and restrictions).On-time delivery and set-up.Professional staff for service, if required (e.g., wait staff, bartenders).Clean-up services.Coordination for event timing and logistics.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE(S)
The goal of this RFP is to identify qualified catering suppliers who can consistently provide high-quality food and beverage services for a range of corporate events. The suppliers must demonstrate their capability to meet our service expectations, pricing structure, and operational standards.
