EMBA COHORT MENU including
• Breakfast break

Requirements:
• Buffet Menus: The catering service must provide high-end buffet-style menus for six consecutive
days. Each day should feature a different menu to ensure variety.
• Dietary Options: The menu should accommodate a range of dietary preferences, including
vegetarian options, to cater to diverse tastes and needs.
• Meal Breaks:
o Breakfast Break: A variety of options suitable for a buffet setup.
o Lunch Break: This should include a selection of hot dishes, appetizers, salads, desserts, and
beverages. It is important to have a different menu for each day.
o Afternoon Coffee Break: A light break with coffee and refreshments.
• Attendees: The catering services will be required for approximately 50 attendees per session.
• Service Staff: The supplier must provide one waiter for the morning and afternoon breaks, and two
waiters for the lunch breaks to ensure smooth service.
• Decorations and Setup:
o The caterer should provide decorations, including plants, at no additional cost to create an
appealing dining atmosphere.
o Lunch should be served at round tables with appropriate utensils and dishes.
o Both the breakfast and afternoon breaks should be in buffet style, with attention to the
presentation and leveling of items.
• Special Dietary Requirements: While specific dietary restrictions (such as lactose-free, vegan,
gluten-free, etc.) have not yet been finalized, the caterer should be prepared to accommodate such
requests once the preferences of the attendees are known.
