Quotation are invited for Catering Services.

The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or several companies, to sign a contract that covers catering services (self-service, cafeteria, brasserie, etc..).

This call for tenders is divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1: La Muette - 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris;
Lot 2: Boulogne - 46 quai Alphonse le Gallo - 92100 Boulogne Billancourt.

The deadline for submission of an offer is Wednesday 26th June 2019, 2pm (Paris time).

A presentation meeting for the call for tender will take place on Wednesday 24th April, 10am.

A visit of our premises will take place on Monday 6th May, 3pm (Paris time) at 46 Quai Alphonse le Gallo 92100 Boulogne Billancourt and then 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris.

The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
