Catering services - HIRING A CATERING SERVICE IN TEGUCIGALPA The hiring of a buffet-type catering service for 235 people is required for the celebration of FLAG DAY in Tegucigalpa to be held on September 1, 2026. A The Technical specifications are detailed below: 235 Main course that must contain: Roasted beef (grilled cuts of beef seasoned with traditional Honduran spices. Roasted pork (roasted pork loin or rib, marinated in Creole style) Chorizo Criollo (roasted Honduran artisanal chorizo) Seasoned steamed rice Fried beans (red, seasoned with traditional Honduran spices. Ripe fried plantain (fried slices) Cheese/curd Chismol (tomato, onion, sweet chili and finely chopped cucumber.
