Catering services - GOURMET STYLE CATERING SERVICE, FOR 200 PEOPLE, FOR THE WELCOME COCKTAIL OF THE III IBERO-AMERICAN TOURISM FORUM, WHICH WILL BE HELD IN PLAZA LAS BANDERAS IN THE CITY OF SAN PEDRO SULA, ON JUNE 1, 2026, WITH THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS: 200 Artisanal Guacamole accompanied with crispy plantain chips and sweet potato chips decorated with baby cilantro, incorporating the chips vertically to provide height and visual sophistication, served in small mini bowls 3 oz white or black color, presented in individual gourmet format to be patented and served at the time of the event guaranteeing adequate storage temperature, product freshness and optimal gastronomic presentation, 200 Mixed Ceviche fresh seafood, served in a 3 oz PET transparent square shooter glass, accompanied with artisanal banana, cassava and taro chips, presented in individual gourmet format to be charoleado and served at the time of the event guaranteeing temperature proper conservation, product freshness and optimal gastronomic presentation. Each portion must be served with the three different chips requested (banana, cassava and malanga), 200 unlimited soft drinks, contemplate (2 drinks per person), Quina soda, purified water and ice are also requested for continuous supply during the development of the event.
