Catering services - THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT UNIT 130 IS REQUESTED: 130 cocktail services of six (6) typical sandwiches per person, consisting of five (5) savory options and one (1) sweet: - Corn tamalito with butter. - Yucca with pork rinds. - Dog cakes (beef), accompanied by chismol, tomato sauce and cheese. - Catrachitas with beans and cheese. - Ayote in honey. - Honduran donuts and quesadillas. - The service must include warmers, plates and cocktail forks. UNIT 130: 130 typical beverage services, with options of horchata, tamarind and Jamaica, served in glass glasses and including ice and napkins. Observation: NOTE: The service must include waiter service in charge of distributing the food, for at least 4 people.
