WITH THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: June 1, 2026 from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm -One (1) properly air-conditioned room with capacity for twenty (20) people. -School type setup (rectangular tables with white tablecloth and two (2) chairs padded per table). -Audiovisual equipment (speakers, microphones, data show and projection screen). -One (1) permanent beverage station consisting of coffee with its respective accessories (sugar, cream) and water, unlimited with glassware necessary. -Twenty (20) lunches served (American service) with two (2) carbohydrate options, two (2) meat options and sautéed vegetables or salad, with various drinks, served at 12:00 noon. -One (1) waiter. -Free parking area. -High-speed WIFI connection and stable signal, which supports the simultaneous connection of all participants.
