WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: - ROOM FOR APPROXIMATELY 100 PEOPLE. - RECEPTION TABLE WITH 2 CHAIRS TO TAKE ATTENDANCE LISTS OF PARTICIPANTS - WORK TABLES (FOR 12 PEOPLE EACH) WITH ITS RESPECTIVE TABLELINEN AND CHAIRS WITH ENOUGH SPACE FOR EVERYONE TO HAVE THEIR COMPUTERS AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION. - PERMANENT WATER, COFFEE AND BREAD STATION THROUGHOUT THE EVENT - 525 SNACKS - 175 LUNCHES - LOGISTICAL EQUIPMENT (DATA, SPEAKER, AND MINIMUM 3 MICROPHONES) FOR THE 4 DAYS AT THEIR DIFFERENT TIMES - WAITER SERVICE TO DELIVERY MEALS.
