The education department of the Pärnu City Government organizes the procurement procedure of the public procurement "Pärnu school catering service" as a joint procurement, the object of which is to provide the service to Pärnu Tammsaare School, Pärnu Kuninga Tänava Primary School, Pärnu General Gymnasium, Pärnu Raeküla Proper catering for the students and staff of the school, Pärnu Rääma Primary School and Paikuse School, offering the students wholesome, balanced, versatile, tasty and age-appropriate and, if necessary, special needs (allergies) food in a reasonable at a price. The tenderer is obliged to familiarize himself with the place of execution of the procurement contract, and the tenderer's representative is obliged to sign the relevant act on the spot (RHS § 111 sub. 6 p. 1).
