Short description of the procurement : The purpose of the procurement is to procure catering services under the following conditions: patients (up to 36) in an independent nursing department and catering for a period of 36 months. catering is conducted in accordance with health, food safety and hygiene requirements, in compliance with the Food Law, the Consumer Protection Act, The provisions of the Public Health Act, the Regulation of the Ministry of Social Affairs "Health Care Requirements for Catering in Health and Welfare Institutions", the "Estonian Nutrition Recommendations" and the legislation established on the basis thereof.
