Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City c/o Ms. CAMILLE MARAVILES at telephone # 751-4997. It is requested that the quotation is sealed, signed or stamped in legal size white envelope. Sealed quotation should be DROPPED in our bid box located at the Procurement Management Division.
