Tender Details

The CCAS of Grand Quevilly is organizing a festive lunch for the city's seniors which will take place at the Rouen exhibition center from Tuesday February 16 to Thursday February 18, 2027. This consultation is launched according to an adapted procedure, subject to the provisions of articles R.2123-1 and R.2131-12-2° of the Public Order Code. In accordance with articles R.2162-1 to 6 and R.2162-13 to 14 of the Public Order Code, lot 1 will give rise to a framework agreement with single-award purchase orders, with the following minimum and maximum annual amounts: 30, 000 euro(s) excluding tax min / 150, 000 euro(s) excluding tax max. The unit price of each meal cannot in any way exceed the maximum amount allocated by the City, i.e. 50.50 euro(s) excluding tax per meal. If the unit price of the offer is greater than this amount, the offer will be considered irregular. Lot 2 gives rise to a fixed price service contract
