3.1 The subject of the order is to catch homeless dogs and cats from the Sulejow Commune and take them to a shelter in 2026 within a period of 6 months. The current contract is valid until December 31, 2025. Arrival at the place indicated by phone or e-mail by employees of the Municipal Municipal Board in Sulejow or the Police in the Sulejow Commune, where there is a homeless animal and its recovery. The contractor's arrival should take place within a maximum of 1.5 hours. The number of animals to be harvested is assumed to be approximately 11 during the duration of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the number of animals to recovery and admission to the shelter may be smaller or larger, and this will result from the current number of homeless animals staying in the Sulejow Commune.
