Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of ultrasonic handles for a cataract cutting machine (hereinafter also referred to as goods or products). The technical description is presented in Appendix 1. Dividing the procurement into parts would be unreasonable, because the framework contract the object is products of the same kind and necessary to achieve the same goal. The framework agreement is concluded under the terms of Appendix 2 for the purchase of goods for two years from the conclusion of the agreement or until the maximum value of the agreement is fulfilled, depending on which circumstance arrives earlier. The expected quantities indicated in Annex 1 are based on the previous experience of the procurer and are not binding for the execution of the framework contract. The supplier orders products according to the actual need arising from the provision of healthcare services. The purchaser has the right to the purchased goods to increase the quantity by 30% of the bid price, which is also the maximum price of the contract. The object of the procurement also includes conducting training on the use of the offered product at the request of the procurer.
