The intent of this invitation to tender process (“Invitation to Tender” or “ITT”) is to solicit and receive formal bids (“Bids”) from prospective suppliers (each, a “Bidder”) to perform the replacing of the lower sections of the low‑slope roofing at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum to restore watertightness and proper fully roof assembly performance (“Works”).
