The subject of the order is the cashless purchase of liquid fuels using fleet cards.2. Scope of the order 2.1. As part of the implementation of the order in question, the Ordering Party will make a cashless, successive purchase of fuels, i.e.: a. diesel oil, meeting the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018); b. unleaded petrol Pb-95 (E 10), meeting quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). 2.2. Estimated amount of fuel that will be purchased within 12 months from the date of signing the contract: 15, 000 liters of diesel oil, 22, 000 liters of unleaded Pb-95 gasoline, (E 10) The minimum quantity of fuel that will be purchased under the contract is: 10, 000 liters of diesel oil and 18, 000 liters of unleaded Pb-95 gasoline.
