Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase of fuel at the Contractor's gas stations, using electronic fuel cards (95 unleaded petrol, 98 unleaded petrol, diesel oil) in accordance with:

- the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015

in s.law of quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314) and Polish Standards PN-EN ISO 4259-1:2018-01, PN-EN 590:2022-08, PN-EN 228 A1:2017 -06/Ap1:2017-11,

- European Approvals,

- Quality Certificate or equivalent document;

and non-fuel products (engine oilsliquids, car washes and car cosmetics), for NIK's company cars using fuel cards.

2) Estimated quantities of fuels that the Ordering Party intends to purchase during the term of the contract:

- unleaded gasoline 95 - 189, 591 liters, not less than 167 230liters,

- unleaded petrol 98 − 75, 267 liters, not less than 31, 583 liters,

- diesel oil 50, 995 liters, not less than 50, 899 liters.

3) Number of fuel cards expected by the Ordering Party: 70 cards assigned to cars and 2 bearer cards.

4) The Ordering Party reserves the right tothe possibility of increasing or decreasing the number of liters of particular types of fuel, provided that the total gross value of the contract does not exceed.
