Cashless purchase of EN 590 fuel for two micro stations of the Ordering Party 1. The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase by the Ordering Party of diesel fuel for cars with diesel engines to two micro fuel stations located: 1) at the headquarters of the Ordering Party in Piaseczno at ul. Techniczna 6 (microstation No. 1); 2) on the property located in Piaseczno at ul. Techniczna 4 (microstation No. 2). 2. The tank of each microstation has a capacity of 5, 000 liters. 3. CPV (Common Procurement Dictionary): 09134220-5 (Diesel fuel for diesel cars) 4. The use of both microstations is subject to registration by the Ordering Party using the station terminal ensuring the identification of employees. 5. The Ordering Party's needs include: on average 2 deliveries a month to each micro station. However, the contractor must have the ability to provide deliveries at a higher frequency in accordance with the current operational needs of the Ordering Party. 6. The Ordering Party requires that deliveries be made every time carried out no later than 2 business days after the request is submitted between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. 7.Diesel oil for cars with a diesel engine must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels specified in the Regulation of the Minister Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680), as well as the standards: PN-EN 590 and PN-EN 228, respectively.
