Case processing system The object of the procurement is a case management system to be used by the city of Helsinki's social, health and rescue services, which is acquired as a total service (Saas) provided by the system supplier. The solution to be procured must be quickly put into use, i.e. without significant customization. We are aiming for a traditional case processing system suitable for the Finnish public administration with modern functionalities and technology.
