Tenders are invited for Case Management Software Solution
Vendor needs to provide case management software solution.
• Provide a secure and user-friendly software solution for attorneys and staff.
• Provide security to ensure confidentiality while providing ease of access through roles and permissions.
• Provide flexibility to allow for emerging technologies and future expansion.
• Provide integrated solutions for data sharing and workflow amongst various departments and our customers as necessary.
• Cloud Solutions are Preferred but not mandatory. If the vendor is not proposing hosted:
i. Ability for any on premise solutions to utilize VMWare-s virtual server platform.
ii. Server System Software:
• MS Server - 2019 or newer
• MS SQL 2019 or newer
• Integrations and Interfaces:
- Ability to interface with Microsoft Office products including integration with Microsoft Outlook email, calendar Contacts. Word Excel and Adobe.
- Provide specifications for networking information necessary for integration to the Freeport Network.
