Request for proposals are invited for Case File Automation System.
The Judiciary of Guam is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide a Case File
Automation System for the Judiciary of Guam.
SUBMISSION DATE: Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. (Guam Standard
Time). Late proposals will not be accepted.
Electronic or printed copy of the RFP package can be obtained at the Procurement
Office located at the Guam Judicial Center, 1st floor, 120 West O-Brien Drive, between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday (excluding Government of
Guam holidays). Interested and qualified firms will be required to pay a non-refundable
fee of $25.00 per copy, prior to issuance of the RFP package. Acceptable payments
are cash, credit/debit card, or check payable to the “Judiciary of Guam”.
