Umea Energi is in need of replacing the current diary and case management system. Since Umea Energi is covered by the Publicity and Secrecy Act's requirements for registration of public documents (diary keeping), the new system support must accommodate a basic diary keeping functionality. The new sewingstemstoedet must also be able to handle several different diary databases (or instances) because Umea Energi is a group with several legal entities.

Umea Energi's old (1996-2023) diary information must be migrated over to the replacement system support in such a way that searches in diary informationrmation is possible in a simple way.
