The subject of this assignment is the works, deliveries, transport, labor and all implementation resources relating to the shell restoration of the Hooghuis in Doel. Summary description of the assignment: - Preparatory works including site layout; - Inspection and repair of (funderings) masonry; - New floor structure and waterproofing for the basement; - Local removal and repair of cementation and cement joints; - Inspection and local repair or renewal of natural stone; - Inspection and repair of wooden nut and joist beams; - Disassembly, local repair and reinstallationtsing existing floors and skirting boards; - Inspection, repair or renewal and anti-rust treatment of facade anchors and lintels; - Repairing and securing the wall plate; - Inspection and repair of roof trusses and roof covering (recovery); - Resumption of box gutter construction and new drains to historic model; - Painting all wooden and wrought iron parts; - Inspection and repair or renewal of the joinery according to the historical model and fitted with vacuum glazing; - Renewing the roof windows; - Restoration of the Brabant wall; - Disassembly, restoration and relocation of bininterior doors; - Inventory, disassembly, relocation or reconstruction and treatment of stairs; - Repair of chimneys; - The starting point is to preserve the current condition as much as possible, while keeping the layering, the existing construction traces and the patina legible.
