The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Johnson & Johnson MedTech to provide Contract service shall ensure that the equipment functions in conformance with the latest published edition of NFPA-99, UL, VA, and CDRH, for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Hospitals in VISN 21. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements per 41 USC §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
