Tender Details
The City of Carson City is seeking Consulting services to include updating the Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) for Carson City and leading Hazard Mitigation Planning Committee meetings during the drafting process for input of information required for the plan. This effort must meet the requirements of the current FEMA Local Mitigation Planning Guide and must meet the requirements of Title 44 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) §201.6. The project deliverable is a HMP that is in accordance with the Local Mitigation Plan Review Tool, is approved by the State Division of Emergency Management (NDEM) review process and receives final approval from FEMA. The funds and contract will be administered by Carson City-s Emergency Manager.
