Carrying out works on the reconstruction and extension of Kaštanjer Elementary School The subject of procurement is the performance of works on the reconstruction and extension of Kaštanjer Elementary School. The project includes furnishing, reconstruction and extension. Existing expansion B and warm connection with the hall (part of expansion C) are demolished in their entirety, and extension B is reconstructed and added to the floor plan Su+P+2. In this expansion, an elevator is planned, which will connect all floors of expansions B and D. In the existing hall (dilation C), no structural interventions are carried out, except installation of two roof domes in the area of ​​the dressing room and cloakroom, all because the windows of the said rooms are closed with the reconstruction and extension of extension B. A new expansion wing of D level P+2 is being built. The goal of reconstruction and extension The purpose of this school is to create conditions in which it will be possible to implement the educational program of full-day classes. The shape and size and location of the building on the plot The building is freestanding, located in the central part of the plot. Accommodation of the building on building particle, i.e. within the scope of the intervention in the space is shown on the appropriate special geodetic base. Shape of the building: the building has an irregular plan shape. Building size: approx. 72.60 x 85.10 m (maximum dimensions).
