Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is building renovation works for the complete renovation of the State Archives building in Zagreb based on the main project of joint designation PO_102/10-21 by the chief designer Krešimir Tarnik, B.Sc. Civil Engineering.

The State Archives in Zagreb located at no. No. 1452. k.o. The center is located in the area of ​​cultural dobra-Historical urban complex of the City of Zagreb, registered in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic of Croatia, List of Protected Cultural Properties under Reg. No. Z-1525, in part a, which is established by the protection system "A" - Area of ​​extremely well-preserved and particularly valuable historical structure and is protected as a cultural monumentof the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the City of Zagreb, Z_2582.

Note: at the time of this tender, the first phase of construction work is being carried out on the building - STRUCTURAL RENOVATION OF THE BUILDING, and it will be completed by March 15, 2024. It is a separate contract for works - for which a public tender was held because the obnthese buildings are divided into two phases - in the first STRUCTURAL RENOVATION, and in the second COMPLETE RENOVATION (the subject of this tender). Upon completion of the works of the first phase - STRUCTURAL RENOVATION, a written statement from the contractor, with all legally prescribed documentation, as well as the Final Report of the Supervising Engineer will be provided.njera.
