GAC_2025_03750 - 1 The assignment includes concluding a framework agreement for carrying out study assignments, making designs and supervising works for electrical and HVAC installations. Explanation of the assignment: The assignment concerns carrying out study assignments, making designs and carrying out supervision of works for electrical and HVAC installations in the context of new construction, conversions, renovations, adjustments, redesigns and energy saving measures. It is important that the proposed designs meet the requirements for fire safety, current and future legislation, heritage management, as well as principles of innovation and sustainability. The framework agreement is subdivided in 3 categories according to the value of the project: Category 1: assignments greater than EUR 50, 000.00 and less than EUR 150, 000.00 excluding VAT; Category 2: assignments from EUR 150, 000.00 to EUR 350, 000.00, excluding VAT. Category 3: assignments of 350, 000.00 EUR up to EUR 1, 000, 000.00, excluding VAT. The contracting authority has a framework agreement with a contractor for carrying out HVAC work, as well as one for electrical installations. These framework agreements serve as the basis for several assignments, which: be given on the basis of an order letter per partial assignment.
