Published on: 2026-06-19 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-07-20 Purpose: The purpose of this contract is to carry out: - a study (expertise) aimed at enlightening the members of the order group on the solutions to be implemented for remove a potential conflict over the use of water from the Garonne, due to the possible existence of risks linked to an existing industrial activity upstream of the drinking water production plant at Sérignac-sur-Garonne (47) and the challenge of producing water intended for human consumption; - assistance to the project owner (Prefect of Lot-et-Garonne and ARS Nouvelle Aquitaine) in the implementation of governance to provide expertise. To this end, it aims to designate a team responsible studies to propose to the Prefect of Lot-et Garonne and the ARS Nouvelle-Aquitaine several risk management scenarios which will be qualified and prioritized according to health, technical, financial and legal criteria, as well as to support the Prefect of Lot-et-Garonne and the ARS Nouvelle-Aquitaine in the animation of ad hoc governance during the time of the study.
