Lot n°1: Northern Sector (NORTH and EAST territorial energy sectors) Lot No. 2: Center-East Sector (CENTRAL and SOUTH EAST territorial energy sectors) Lot No. 3: South-West Sector (SOUTH and WEST territorial energy sectors) This framework agreement concerns the carrying out studies and works on behalf of the S.E.H.V. and its members, in the field of electrification, public lighting and electronic telecommunications as well as their maintenance. These studies and works, planned to be carried out on throughout the Haute-Vienne department, aim to develop, strengthen, modernize and bury the distribution works in the various areas mentioned. Their consistency integrates all the constraints necessary for their constructions, connection of users, to the removal of parts of works, in order to allow their operation in the best conditions. Lot No. 1 concerns the carrying out of studies and works on electrification, public lighting and telecommunications networks on the northern sector. Lot No. 2 concerns the carrying out of studies and works on electrification, public lighting and telecommunications networks in the Center-East sector.
