Carrying out renovation and construction works within the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute of Aviation over a 12-month period The subject of the order is the performance of renovation and construction works on the premises of the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute of Aviation in Warsaw, located at al. Krakowska 110/114, 02-256 Warszawa (hereinafter: "Łukasiewicz - ILOT" or "Institute"), within 12 months from the date of signing the contract awarding the public procurement or until the full amount of the basic contract is used in amount of PLN 2, 000, 000.00 net, depending on which of the above conditions is met first. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided by: a. Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: "OPZ"), and b.Appendix no 4 to SWZ - Template Agreement. The subject of the order is the performance of renovation and construction works on the premises of the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute of Aviation in Warsaw within 12 months from the date of signing the contract awarding public procurement or until using the full amount of the basic order in the amount of PLN 2, 000, 000.00 net, depending on which of the above conditions is met first. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
