Published on: 2026-07-30 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-09-25 Subject: The CEA plans the construction of a building to extend an existing installation in the Valduc center. In order to guarantee the perfect preparation of the location selected, the CEA wishes, through the contract subject to this notice, to carry out the preparatory work necessary for the development of the construction zone. This work corresponds to the following services: - The development of the construction site ; - The removal and rerouting of existing networks in the area; - The redevelopment of the merlon located on the building adjacent to the future building, including the removal of existing works; - The creation of the platform of the future building and the future living bases for the works phase; - Removal of excess excavated materials from the site; - The supply of all the necessary networks (including Waste Water, Industrial Water, Drinking Water, Infrastructure for Strong Currents and Weak Currents Industrial). The work in this Contract corresponds to the preparatory work prior to the construction of an extension to an existing Building.
