The subject of the order is the performance of operation and maintenance works on infrastructure lighting installed in the area of ​​operation of EŚ sp. z o. o. divided into 8 parts (Regions) according to Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the order includes: 1) basic operation and maintenance works specified in Annex 2 to the contract template constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ, 2) additional operation and maintenance works not included in Annex 2 to the contract template referred to in point 1) 3) ensuring 24-hour readiness to undertake the work specified in point. 1) 2. List of control systems with the numbers of power supply stations and their locations as well as the number of luminaires is attached as Annex No. 1 to the contract template. 3. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the completed subject of the order for a period of 12 months. 4.
