The subject of the order is the performance of current renovations, removal of breakdowns and defects in residential buildings belonging to Kaliskie TBS Sp. z o. o. in the field of general construction works.2. The scope of work includes, among others: renovation and removal worksno failures and defects in the scope of general construction works in residential buildings, i.e., among others: a) Painting works: - washing the surfaces of walls and ceilings, - removing fungal growth on the walls using chemicals, - securing the floors with foil, - removing stains on the walls and ceilings, - removing (scraping) the old onepaints, - priming the surfaces of walls and ceilings, - applying gypsum plasters, - painting ceilings and walls with emulsion paints, - painting walls with oil or phthalate paints, wainscoting, - painting central heating installation pipes. oil or phthalate paints - cleaning the surface of door joinery, - paintingdoor joinery with oil or phthalate paints; b) Plastering works: - reflecting existing plasters on ceilings, - reflecting existing plasters on walls, - applying cement-lime or gypsum plasters on ceilings, - applying cement-lime or gypsum plasters on walls, - local right...
